What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a postal code, area code, fee or figure on this site is wrong, tell us which page it is on and what the correct information is. If you can point to a source, that helps us verify it faster.
- Missing information. If there is a town, district or topic you expected to find and did not, let us know and we will look at adding it.
- Advertising and business enquiries. Use the same address and mark your message clearly.
- Privacy requests. If you want to know what correspondence we hold from you, or want it deleted, write to us and say so.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent reference site. We are not NIPOST, we are not a bank, and we are not connected to any of the companies or institutions we write about. We cannot track a parcel, open or fix a bank account, reverse a transfer, or deal with a complaint about a company. For those, contact the organisation directly. For postal matters, contact the Nigerian Postal Service.
Corrections policy
When we are shown that a page is wrong, we correct the page. Where the error was significant, we note what changed.
